The Forge is a crafting system where you convert materials into weapons. The core loop is: kill monsters → collect Crystallized Ore and rare materials → visit Ancient Forges → craft/upgrade weapons → tackle harder dungeons for better materials.
The main materials are Crystallized Ore (primary crafting resource), Crystal Shards, Crystal Flakes, and rare materials dropped by monsters. Different weapons require different material combinations and quantities.
Forge Master is one of three skill tree paths. It specializes in crafting and provides bonuses to the forge system, making it easier to create and upgrade weapons. Choose this path if you want to focus on gear progression.
